StokeUp collects only the information needed to create your account, show your chosen profile details, connect you around activities, operate safety features, and process membership payments when enabled.

What we collect

Account identifiers supplied through secure sign-in, your email, profile name, city or approximate area, bio, activities, skill level, availability, preferences, profile photo, invitations, safety reports, and membership status.

What stays private

Your email, exact location, payment-card details, and private account identifiers are not displayed on public profiles. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by StokeUp.

Your choices

You can hide your profile, update your information, block or report another member, and request deletion. We use information to operate and protect StokeUp; we do not sell personal information.

Safety and retention

We retain information only as needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Access is limited and sensitive credentials are stored outside the website code.
